Join us as a Vendor

All vendors must set up on Thursday, May 14th between 9:00 A.M. and 10:00 P.M. The show will begin on Friday and last the entire day Saturday. Spectators will be granted admission beginning Friday Morning at 9:00 A.M. 

Non-show vehicles are to be used for dropping off or picking up items at the booth. These vehicles are not to be driven around the event unless entering or exiting.  No other non-show vehicles will be permitted into the event area. Each of our vendors will receive their passes for employees and non show vehicles on Thursday, May 14th upon arrival. 

Tents, tables, chairs, power cords, etc are not provided. 

There will be overnight security on site for the weekend, however, we recommend taking valuables and loose items with you or locking them up when you leave the premises. 

No refunds will be provided after you have received your acceptance email.

When applying to become a 2026 WTF Smokeshow Vendor, select your desired vendor package based on the information provided below, send us an email with your information, including the package you would like and we will send you an email with details, approval and a payment link.
